Two of my favorite things are travel and stories. The wonderful thing about both is they can take place anywhere, any time, and be either infinitesimally short or lifetimes long. Travel in and of itself is a story waiting to be told.
For me, travel takes place not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. While I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to travel internationally, I find shorter treks just as satisfying. For instance, the simple act of going for a jog moves both my feet and my soul. The act of covering ground frees my mind to do the same. As my feet and mind wander together, solutions to problems come much more easily – and so do flights of fancy.
It’s my sincere belief that going places and having new experiences enriches our lives exponentially. I also believe sharing our stories brings us together and reveals new understanding of one another’s journeys.
